Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders are freshly prepared and dispatched within 24–48 working hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are prepared the next working day.

Delivery time

Metro cities: 2–3 working days. Rest of India: 3–6 working days. Remote pincodes may take slightly longer.

Charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies. Orders above ₹999 ship free.

Tracking

Once your parcel leaves our kitchen, we email the courier name and tracking number. You can also follow progress on our Track Order page.

Undelivered parcels

If a courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the parcel returns to us. Because sweets are perishable, re-shipping is charged again.
